It was pretty much Hideki Matsui vs the Phillies in Game 6 of the World Series. Or perhaps the whole series. With a batting average of about .615, he pretty much rocked the whole series. He was responsible for 6 out of 7 of the Yankees runs in game 6. If he would have scored a triple in that game, he would have been the first player in history to score a single, double, triple, and a home run in one World Series game! Maybe New York should build a bridge and name it after him.

Cliff Lee Rocks the Yankees in World Series Game 1
Cliff Lee man, all I can say is awesome dude! In game 1 of the 2009 World Series Cliff Lee pitched a near perfect game for the Philadelphia Phillies with 10 strikeouts, no walks, and only 1 run scored against him. It goes down as one of the best if not THE best pitched games in World Series history. Way to go Cliff! He did a little acrobatics with a behind the back catch. Check out the video below from MLB Advanced Media...

Phillies vs Yankees in the World Series Perhaps?
The Philadelphia Phillies could be on the verge of advancing to the World Series (knock on wood) as they absolutley thrashed the Dodgers yesterday. This is my prediction and it should make for an intersting show down.
